The DetailsWhat You’ll Experience at Bellingham Budfest

  • 1. Toward Zero Waste

We are partnering with Bellingham non-profit organization Sustainable Connections to be a Toward Zero Waste Festival. The health of our planet is important to us, and we will be restricting the sale of single-use plastics and requiring food vendors to use compostable and recyclable items only. Bring your water bottle – we’ll have a free filtered water station!

  • 2. Music

There will be live music provided by 7 bands of varying sound and a silent disco with 2 DJ’s at all times equaling 8 DJ acts in total! Get ready to boogie at the waterfront until sundown.

  • 3. Education

Sponsored graciously by I-502 certified lab Confidence Analytics, there will be 5 educational panels moderated by Dr. Dominic Corva with topics ranging from CBD to cannabis and beyond as therapy. We are pleased to host an esteemed list of panelists.

  • 4. Vendors

There will be over 50 vendor booths of varying industries to meet, greet and play with at the fest. There will also be many prominent local non-profits present that would love to speak to you about their missions. Come spend the day and say hi!

  • 5. Food

There will be food vendors offering varying cuisines and desserts, a cooking demo from Vice’s Bong Appetit cannabis chef contestant Unika Noiel, plus a water refilling station to replace single-use plastic sales. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available.

  • 6. Art

The Whatcom Glass Gallery will feature talented local glass artists who will be competing for best in show at the fest, while the Budfest Art Bazaar will be the place to peruse art and hand crafted items from the eclectic network of Bellingham and beyond. We hope you find value in supporting these creative individuals.
